Blueleaf - Hybrid (300 MWp)
Macquarie Group
Latent recently completed the full development of a 300 MWp wind-solar hybrid project for Blueleaf Energy, a portfolio company of Macquarie Group - the world’s largest infrastructure investor. The project involved end-to-end services including Site acquisition, Permitting and ROW Management until commissioning. Positioning it as one of the largest utility-scale wind-solar hybrid initiatives in the region under a globally recognized clean energy platform.
Ostro - Wind (60 MW)
EPC: Suzlon
Latent successfully developed a 60 MW wind power project for Ostro Energy Private Limited, a company backed by global private equity firm Actis. The project included site selection, land acquisition and regulatory approvals. Suzlon served as the EPC partner, with Latent facilitating seamless coordination to ensure timely execution and compliance with technical and environmental standards.
Fortum - Solar (10 MW)
EPC: Juwi India
Latent led the development of a 10 MW solar power project for Fortum Finnsurya Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Finnish energy giant Fortum. The project marked one of the company’s early milestones in India’s solar sector. We feel immensely proud in stating that this was one of the earliest and in fact the ‘first’ JNNSM (Batch-II) project commissioned in the country. Juwi India Renewable Energies Private Limited served as the EPC partner, ensuring high-quality execution and technical reliability.
