Livingston Emmanuel is a mechanical engineering graduate from SRM University who also holds an executive diploma in Management from ICFAI University. He leads the Business Development, Commercial and Project Development functions. During his stints with wind OEMs such as Vestas RRB, Suzlon, Regen, RE platforms owned by Actis and Macquarie & Solar EPC companies such as Hild Energy and InSolare leading Business Development, Commercial, Contracts and Project development verticals he has successfully developed and delivered over 6GW of wind and solar projects across India. He has several firsts to his name including playing an instrumental role in obtaining the 1st ISTS connectivity for a RE project in 2011 much earlier than the time when ISTS based RE projects has become a reality in the country, securing the 1st RE ISTS connectivity in a non-RE substation in 2018, negotiating and closing deals with 2 new wind OEMs in India which was their 1st project in the country then, strategizing and successfully winning a project with the lowest wind tariff in the country which project went on to repeatedly being awarded the best performing project in the state of Gujarat and so on. 

Vishal Jaiswal is the founding member of Latent Power Infra Private Limited which is the initial venture of Latent group in the power sector. He leads the the Operations on ground ensuring seamless local stakeholder management, Govt. relations and land acquisition He is an electrical engineering graduate from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal who has worked with renowned renewable energy companies such as Suzlon and Kenersys (Kalyani group) in Business Development & Project Development. Vishal’s strength lies in development and permitting skills as well as his strong local contacts which he acquired during his corporate stints as well as with Latent having successfully delivered 3 projects of about 370MW capacity. Besides, renewables he has successfully established diversified businesses in Urban Transportation, Asset Reconstruction and Real Estates, Liquor Distribution under state excise license etc.​​​​​​​

Omprakash Parwani is an engineer and a post-graduate in Energy studies from IIT Delhi who also holds an executive MBA from IIM, Indore. He leads the overall technical aspects of development commencing from site selection, resource assessment and development of the projects in compliance with the stringent Indian and International guidelines. He is an industry veteran possessing sound technical and analytical knowledge in wind resource assessment, wind turbine engineering & performance assessment. He has developed projects across MENA and Central Asian regions during his stints with Envision International based out of Dubai and with Acciona, Suzlon, Vestas, Petronas and Actis’s RE platforms he has developed over 6GW of wind projects in India.

Devang Kapadia is a Commerce Graduate and an alumnus from Daly College, Indore. He is incharge of the Operations & Finance functions with overall P&L responsibility. He has been a successful real estate investor for over 2 decades with many projects under various stages of developments in Madhya Pradesh which augers well from the land acquisition strategy perspective. Besides Latent, Devang is also the Founder of Crossroads Clothing, a leading garment manufacturer in Central India holding a DISNEY and TURNER INC. licence for manufacturing their products & is also a leading e-commerce apparel retailer across platforms.  He has played first class cricket as a fast bowler, captained the state team in under 17 and 19 years. Played Ranji trophy for Madhya Pradesh including the Wills Trophy final match. Trained under Dennis Lillie for 3 years in Chennai and Perth, Australia and inducted in the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA).

Daya Prakash Kumawat is a Commerce Graduate from Bombay University and also holds an MBA in Marketing and Construction Management from St. John’s University Manhattan, New York. He leads the civil construction side of the business and infuses dynamism to the group with his new-age business tactics and strong local relations. Besides Latent he is also the Managing Director of GSD Constructions, Maze Buildcon & Supercrete Associates (housing various RMC Plants) and also Secretary cum Partner at the coveted G.D Goenka School, Indore. To name a few marquee projects executed by him, Radisson Blu Hotel, Kalpataru Grandeur, NMIMS Campus, Emerald Heights School, Indore stand testimony to his construction quality.
